WHY DONATE TO IMD?
IMD is a non-profit association. This means that all IMD resources are directed to the institution and its projects.
The IMD is qualified as OSCIP (Civil Society Organization of Public Interest). Therefore, brazilian companies can donate resources and discount part of the amount due to income tax in accordance with Law No. 9,790, of March 23, 1999, regulated by Decree No. 3,100, of July 30, 1999.
IMD directors are volunteers. IMD does not share profits and does not remunerate its directors, unless they work on a project performing a professional executive function. In this case, the receipt is linked to the resource for each project.
The salaries of the IMD team are modest and follow the values practiced in the market, according to the professional's qualification.
IMD has all current certificates, balance sheets and tax documents and they are available for consultation at our office for anyone.
IMD has an anti-corruption policy and meets defined institutional compliance criteria.
